Human beings are so weird in nature... Some of them will never appreciate what they own right now, and just ignore the chance they have... However, things will change as time pass, the same to humans... It's too late to regret when there is no more chances for you even though you ever had it before...
Some chances will never appear twice... If it did, do not wait for it to appear for the 3rd time... Grab the chance and make the right decision on time...
